Armavir police found a handgun during a search of the Yerevan
apartment of Artak Gevorgyan, who had been arrested the day before
for carjacking.
The gun has been sent for forensic testing.
Artak Gevorgyan is the son of Republican Party MP Nahapet Gevorgyan.
