SYRIAN ARMENIANS' RETURN TO CAUSE SOCIAL ISSUES, EXPERT SAYS

Return of several thousands of Syrian Armenians to Armenia may cause
serious social issues in the country, political analyst Sergey Minasyan
told the reporters today, referring to the possibility of return of
Syrian Armenians amid the escalation of the situation in Syria.
"It is necessary to get prepared for their possible return, but at the
same time it is possible to settle them in Nagorno Karabakh Republic,"
the analyst said.
Minasyan said it will first of all solve the demographic issues,
besides settling in Karabakh they will invest their money there.
He said the escalation of the situation in Syria may not allow the
Syrian Armenians move to western countries, that is why it is necessary
to be ready for their return to Armenia at any moment.
