Armenia's former interior minister Vano Siradeghyan's criminal case
is separated from Armen Ter-Sahakyan's and is in the court's archive,
Armenia's Court Department Public Relations head Arsen Babayan told
    Tert.am.

He said Ter-Sahakyan's criminal case is in prosecutor general's office
    since 2005.

"Criminal cases have not disappeared, neither of them. Armen
Ter-Sahakyan's case is in prosecutor general's office at their request,
while Vano Siradeghyan's case is separated from Armen Ter-Sahakyan's
and is suspended as the former is on Interpol wanted list," Arsen
    Babayan said.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday criminalist, writer Sergey Galoyan
said Armen Ter-Sahakyan's criminal case, having direct connection
with Siragedghyan's, has disappeared while being transported from
    one court to another.

Sona Truzyan, spokesperson for the prosecutor general's office, told
Tert.am they have no criminal cases relating to Armen Ter-Sahakyan
or Vano Siradeghyan. "We do not have any criminal case. Armen
Ter-Sahakyan's case is in court's archive," Truzyan said.

It appears that Armen Ter-Sahakyan's criminal case is neither in
court's archive nor in the prosecutor general's office.
