ATSAKH HOLDS PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

The Nagorno Karabakh Republic is holding presidential elections today.
Three candidates are running for President: incumbent President Bako
Sahakyan, MP, Artsakh Hero Vetali Balasanyan and Pro-rector of the
Artsakh state University Arkady Soghomonyan.
Eighty observers will follow the elections. The delegation of the
Armenian Central Electoral Commission headed by Chairman Tigran
Mukuchyan, MPs and others have left for Artsakh to observe the
elections. The process will be covered by more than 50 journalists.
