ARGENTINEAN ARMENIAN PURCHASES FORMER ARMENIAN MINISTRY OF JUSTICE TERRITORY

YEREVAN. - The Tango Company that belongs to Armenian Argentinean
benefactor Eduardo Ernekyan has purchased the territory in capital
city Yerevan's downtown, which previously was a headquarter of the
Armenian Ministry of Justice.
The Armenian government has resolved to allow State Property Management
Department to carry out a direct sale of the area at its cadaster
value. The area will be sold to Tango Company registered at Armenian
international airport. The buyer is obligated to construct a new
building of social importance at own expenses by 2015.
To note, Ernekyan also owns Armenian International Airport.
