DOES KARABAKH LACK FOR TRACTOR DRIVERS?

During the conference convened at NKR Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan
on July 24 autumn and spring sowing activities were discussed as well.
The Prime Minister familiarized himself with the problems which arise
when carrying out the mentioned activities. When speaking about the
necessity of preparing tractors for ploughing activities it turned
out that our Republic seriously lacks for machine operators and today
tractors cannot start field works as tractor drivers are still engaged
in crop reaping. The Prime Minister assigned the heads of regional
administrations to solve the problem of tractor drivers during 2 or
3 months.
Various programmes aimed at crop rotation were also long discussed
at the conference. The Prime Minister suggested implementing in some
villages state financed test programmes aimed at one plant cultivation
by collective method.
The Prime Minister did not forget to express his discontent with the
land users' explanatory activities and assigned the participants to
work more efficiently in this direction.
