Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address in connection with the
International Children's Day. Armenpress was informed from Central
Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President
that in the address is mentioned:
Dear Children and Parents,
On behalf of the Artsakh authorities and myself I heartily congratulate
You on the bright and wonderful international day of children's
protection.
We traditionally celebrate June 1 as the day symbolizing our infinite
love and warmth, entire devotion and care towards our children. We
celebrate and try to fill their lives with more joy and attention,
to make their lives more careless and happy. To bring up healthy and
safe, educated and developed generation is the task of each parent
and family, of the state and society. This is an issue of utmost
importance and we spare neither energy nor efforts to solve it. The
schools and kindergartens, parks and playgrounds being built and
reconstructed are the bright examples of that. Various project and
programs have been carried out in the spheres of healthcare, social
security, education, upbringing and boosting birth rates. These issues
will always remain in the spotlight of the authorities. We should
create necessary conditions for each child to be able to discover
his abilities and personality and become a well-rounded individual.
I congratulate you, our beloved little citizens of Artsakh once
again and wish you peace, good health and great success during your
entire life.
May all your dreams and goals that now seem to be unrealistic come
true and let God be your guardian always and everywhere.
