ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN WILL HARDLY FOLLOW CLINTON'S CALLS - AMERICAN EXPERT

During the visit to the South Caucasus U.S. State Secretary Hillary
Clinton will hold several interesting debates, Senior Research Fellow
for Russian and Eurasian Studies and International Energy Policy
Ariel Cohen wrote in his article dedicated to Clinton's visit.
According to the expert, the main theme on the agenda will be the
Karabakh conflict. Cohen calls the conflict a 'gunpowder barrel'
which is ready to explode in the South Caucasus.
Cohen considers, however, that it is not likely that Azerbaijan and
Armenia will follow Clinton's calls.
