The Court decided to arrest the suspect in a case of Russia's Tula
Oblast resident, Armenian businessman Gegham Sargsyan who was attacked
in April.
Georgia's citizen Irakli Abuladze will remain in custody for two
months, Rosbalt reports.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, the attack on the
52-year-old businessman and his family occurred on April 7, and all
family members were at home at the time. The robbers beat the owner,
also women and children. However, Sargsyan managed to kill three of
the attackers and wound the fourth one who managed to flee the site.
The investigators had earlier informed that Gegham Sargsyan could
brought to criminal account for exceeding the limits of self-defense
by stabbing and killing the three burglars who had attacked his
family, but later it became apparent that he would not be charged.
