AZERBAIJAN CONTINUES FIRE ON ARMENIAN TAVUSH REGION VILLAGES FOR SEVERAL HOURS

IJEVAN. - The Azerbaijani side has fired shots on Tuesday targeting
several villages in the Armenian Tavush region (Mevses, Nerkin
Karmiraghbyur and Aygepar villages).
The shots have been continuing for already 4 hours, no casualties are
reported, Movses village community head Lyudvig Aperyan told Armenian
News-NEWS.am adding shots were fired two days ago as well.
Karmiraghbyur village community head Manvel Kamendatyan told the
agency that shots are mainly targeted on Aygepar village, however,
their village never misses the shots. Luckily, no casualties are
reported as well.
In the meantime, Aygepar village community head Andranik Aydinyan
rejected to comment on the situation claiming that every time the
media reports about the shootings, Azerbaijanis starts to fire shots
again. He advised to turn to the MOD to get information.
