HERITAGE PARTY REP PESSIMISTIC ABOUT ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT'S PROGRAM

The main points of the government-presented programs are generally
positive, but they are not hope-inspiring as far as implementation
is concerned, Ruben Hakobyan, Chairman of the Heritage parliamentary
group, told Tert.am following his meeting with Armenian Prime Minister
Tigran Sargsyan.
He presented the party's program 'A New Armenia', which sums up the
Heritage party's election program.
"It is not only presenting the program, but instruments for and
guarantees of implementation that is of importance. I wish I were
wrong, and the government proved capable of putting the program into
practice," Hakobyan said.
"If the government incorporates the Heritage party's program in its
program, will the Heritage parliament group vote for the government's
program?" "No ifs in policy. I cannot say anything for sure,"
Hakobyan said.
The Armenian premier is to submit the government's program to
Armenia's parliament soon. Tigran Sargsyan's meeting with Ruben
Hakobyan was preceded by his meetings with representatives of the
ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Prosperous Armenia Party
(PAP) and Rule of Law party.
