ARMENIAN NEWSPAPER CHIEF EDITOR~RS MURDER CASE TO BE HEARD IN TURKISH COURT OF APPEALS

ISTANBUL. - Agos newspaper former chief editor, Armenian-Turkish
journalist Hrant Dink's murder case will be heard in the Court of
Appeals, Firat Agency reports.
To note, the Turkish Court sentenced the instigator Yasin Hayal to
life imprisonment this January for having organized the murder, while
Erhan Tuncel was found not guilty on Dink murder case. Instead he was
sentenced to 10.6 years in jail for the Mc Donald's blast. However,
Tuncel released as he had already served the term.
According to another court verdict, the 19 accusers on the murder
case were found not guilty in being involved in terrorist organization.
Istanbul Chief Prosecution informed that the verdict will be appealed.
