EXPERT: IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE AZERBAIJAN WOULD CONFESS ITS CULPABILITY

"Azerbaijan must somehow justify itself, thus the information
they disseminate is predictable," military expert Gagik Karapetyan
remarked on Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry statement saying Armenia
is responsible for the unrest on the border.
Speaking to Panorama.am Mr Karapetyan said Azerbaijan would never
confess its culpability, especially when the foreign ministers are
going to meet in the near future.
"I think some questions will be answered during the FMs' meeting,
but breakthrough is not expected."
Answering to the question what is the goal of Azerbaijan, the
expert said it meets foreign and interior goals. "First they distract
people's attention from social problems, and second, represent Armenia
as aggressor."
To conclude, the expert said Azerbaijan won't manage to misrepresent
facts and to blame Armenia in the current situation.
