Mashtots Park activists are fined

On June 8 Administrative Court has made decision to fine the activists
of Mashtots Park Manvel Sargysan, Karen Shikoyan and Karo Yeghukyan
with 50.000 AMD.
Court trial against Tigran Khzmalyan is in process and it will be
presented to the court on June 12.
Since the beginning of this year a group of activists and ecologists
were struggling for removing of the kiosks which were situated here
illegally. On the last day of the struggle the activists created a
brigade which tried to remove the kiosks by their own forces.
According to the administrative decision these people did not obey to
the police orders and overcame the reserved territories. The police
applied to the administrative court to bring them to responsibility.
