HOUSE SPEAKER CONGRATULATES COUNTERPARTS IN LESOTHO, ARMENIA, PORTUGAL

KUWAIT, June 10 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Ahmad Al-Saadoun
sent on Sunday cables of congratulations to his counterparts in Lesotho
Sephiri Motanyane and Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan on the occasion of
their new posts as speakers of parliaments in their countries.
Al-Saadoun, in the cables, hoped their appointment would further
enhance bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and their
countries.
Al-Saadoun also sent a cable of congratulations to Speaker of Council
of the Republic in the Republic of Portugal Assuncao Esteves on the
occasion of his country's National Day.
