Tbilisi. Nizami Mammadzadeh - APA. "As NATO, we don't intervene in war.
But we support the OSCE Minsk Group's efforts in the settlement of
Nagorno Karabakh conflict. We observe attentively the recent incidents
in the conflict zone. We are concerned about aggravation of situation
in the contact line of Armenian and Azerbaijani troops", said NATO
Secretary General's Special Representative for the South Caucasus
and Central Asia James Appathurai at the press conference in Tbilisi
commenting on the aggravation of situation in the contact line of
Azerbaijani and Armenian troops, APA's Georgian correspondent reports.
Appathurai said that NATO supported the peaceful solution of the
problem: "We hope that the tension will be deescalated".
