YEREVAN, JUNE 12, ARMENPRESS: Turkey actions raise the issue whether
their approaches are consistent with being Minsk group member.
Armenian Foreign Affairs Minister Edward Nalbandyan came forth at the
course of the joint conference with the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office,
Ireland's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Eamon Gilmore,
Armenpress reports.
'~R Twenty years ago, when Armenia was not against Turkey membership
in Minsk group, some states consider Turkey will hold impartial stance
and will assist the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh issue.Whereas those
20 years came to prove Turkey is not only partial and not neutral,
but hinders the procedure of conflict settlement.
Dwelling on Turkey Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu statement, he is
concerned only over the death of Turkish soldiers, Nalbandyan noted the
statement smells'~R racism'~R . '~R We have never witnessed Davutoglu
concerned over the loss of Armenian servicemen as a result of Azeri
subversion actions. In the context international community condemns
bloody incidents and urges the sides to refrain from the use of force,
such statements pave the way to Azeri new provocations'~R Armenian
Foreign Minister concluded.
In the words of Nalbandyan besides keeping a close eye on Azerbaijani
saboteur actions , rejecting the attempts of Minsk group Co-Chairs to
draw out snipers , Turkey tries to burden Azeri actions on the others
and pretends they are not aware who hindered to register progress
over Basic principles issues reached in Kazan.
