Azerbaijan not ready for war - expert

YEREVAN.- Armenian political analyst Narek Galstyan considers
Azerbaijan is not ready for war and the level of combat readiness is
not sufficient to conduct large-scale hostilities at the moment.
`Despite of active propaganda, Azerbaijan does not believe in
success,' he told reporters on Saturday. If hostilities resume,
Azerbaijan's infrastructure will be under threat and will deprive Baku
of investments.
