YEREVAN.- Armenia's Constitutional Court suspended the hearings on a
lawsuit filed by MP from the opposition Armenian National Congress
bloc Nikol Pashinyan.
The Court reasoned its decision by a necessity to get additional
materials from the state agencies.
The Constitutional Court will address the Prosecutor Genera's office
and Central Electoral Commission for explanations.
Nikol Pashinyan has appealed to the Constitutional Court with the
demand that the May 6 parliamentary elections in #7 precinct should be
recognized invalid.
