The Karabakh conflict can be resolved only in the framework
of Azerbaijan's national integrity, the head of the Azerbaijani
Presidential Centre for Strategic Research, Farkhad Mamedov, said,

The remarks came at a conference devoted to possible adopting South
Tyrol's practice of conflict resolution in the Caucasus.
South Tyrol is a cultural autonomy within the territorial integrity of
the country. This status preserves its subordination to the state in
the social, political and economic fields. There are also principles
of independence.
Some believe the principles of the entity should be established
in Karabakh.
