President of the Union of Domestic Producers Vazgen Safaryan says
Armenia has lost nearly 200 million dollars in the past decade.
"The oligarchs are the ones that have filled their pockets with that
money. I don't think what happened in Greece will happen in Armenia
because Armenia has serious flow of sums. We simply have to be able
to use those sums correctly. They shouldn't be used for the benefit
of 5-6 oligarchs, but the people and the state," said Safaryan.
