NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF ARMENIA APPROVED THE PROGRAM OF GOVERNMENT

YEREVAN, JUNE 21, ARMENPRESS: National Assembly of Armenia approved
the Government's program for 2012-2017. Armenpress reports that with
75 for, 47 against and 1 abstain votes the National Assembly confirmed
the program. ANC, ARF, "Heritage" and "PAP" voted against the program.
Republican Party of Armenia and Rule of Law Party which are a part
of Armenian coalition Government will vote for the program of the
Government. On behalf of RPA with a speech performed the leader of
the parliamentary group of the party Galust Sahakyan. He highlighted
that during the two-day discussions in the Parliament the opposition
did not present any healthy criticism. "That criticism was rather
law-grade" mentioned Sahakyan. He also added that the real criticism
was included in the speech of the Prime Minister. He said that
opposition was against Prime Minister and the Government but not
against the program. On Behalf of Rule of Law party's parliamentary
group with a speech performed Heghine Bisharyan who stressed that the
development of the society and country will depend on the productive
implementation of the program. "The provisions of our party's electoral
campaign are also included in the program" stressed Bisharyan. Rule of
Law stresses the importance of returning the deposits in former USSR
banks. One of the priorities is the development of agriculture which
can be favorable for preventing the emigration" summarized Heghine
Bisharyan adding that based on abovementioned Rule of Law Party will
vote for the program.
