BAKO SAHAKYAN CONGRATULATED NKR SECOND PRESIDENT ARKADY GHOUKASYAN

On 22 June President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory letter to
the NKR second President, RA Ambassador At Large Arkady Ghoukasyan on
occasion of his 55th birthday anniversary. Armenpress was informed
from Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh
Republic President that the letter runs as following:
"Dear Mr Ghoukasyan,
I cordially congratulate you on your 55th birthday anniversary.
The people of Artsakh highly appreciate devotion of its sons.
For many years occupying various positions, including the high post
of the Head of the State, You have served devotedly to the motherland
and native people, to protection of its interests, formation and
development of our independent statehood. Today You keep contributing
to the realization of the nationwide programs too.
I congratulate you once again on this jubilee and wish you and your
relatives peace, good health and great success".
