YEREVAN, MARCH 22, ARMENPRESS: The agreement of the conflicting parties
and co-chair countries of OSCE Minsk Group is necessary for change
of the negotiation format of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
As Deputy Speaker of National Assembly of Armenia told Armenpress,
Armenia at least always states that OCSE Minsk Group format must not
change and negotiations must run exclusively in that format.
"High-ranking heads of France, Russia and the USA have come forward
with analogical statements on different occasions, stressing that
this format is the most productive and is not subject to a change,"
said Sharmazanov. He reminded that the heads of co-chair countries
have stated this with different documents as well.
Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament has adopted an
advisory document, calling on to replace France within OSCE Minsk
Group with European Union.
