Rumors are already circulating about him in social networks.'
Newspaper's sources say Zuroyan was born in Lori. He left for France
for study purposes. The fortune smiled on him and he managed to become
a citizen of France.
The electoral law of the Republic of Armenia bans foreign nationals
from running in the elections in Armenia.
