ISRAELI CITIZEN TRIES TO SMUGGLE RELIGIOUS PICTURES OUT OF ARMENIA

YEREVAN. - Armenia's National Security Service (NSS) on Sunday thwarted
an attempt to smuggle religious pictures out of the country.
A 63-year-old Israeli citizen, by the name of Davit Hanoch, was
inspected for a second time at Ayrum train station while crossing
Armenia's national border, and as a result eighteen undeclared
religious pictures were found in his luggage, NSS informed Armenian
News-NEWS.am.
A criminal case is launched.
