EXPERT SAYS AZERBAIJAN MUST UNDERSTAND HOW CRUCIAL AFTERMATHS CAN BE

"Azerbaijan is creating atmosphere of fear and ignores everything on
its path. And the strange thing is that the world is witnessing it
silently," military expert Arthur Petrosyan said.
Speaking to Panorama.am the expert said Azerbaijan thinks powerful
military equipment can be tested, hence the Armenian side must not
delay its response.
A Petrosyan says the answer should be a powerful one, in order
Azerbaijan understands how crucial the aftermaths can be.
The gunfire can turn into military operations, but "we are not scared
of the war, unlike Azerbaijan, human's life worth much to us."
