HRANT MARKARYAN SAYS TO COMMISSIONS' MEMBERS: "THE PARTY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH HAIR OF ALL OF YOU..."

The meeting of ARF-D representatives with the members of the
party's commission in the district election bodies, the authorized
representatives and the representatives of the party's headquarters
before all-national elections has already become a tradition. Today,
ARF-D Bureau representative Hrant Markaryan and ARF-D Armenia Supreme
Body representative Armen Rustamyan met them, urged them to be active
and vigilant both for obliging fair elections and for fixing all
the facts.
"This is the team, which both knows the code by heart and is familiar
with the whole election process and can fight against each election
fraud," Armen Rustamyan told the members of the district election
commissions urging to be strong not to allow the achievements reached
during the campaign disappear during the elections.
Armen Rustamyan urged to be active also in the issue of not allowing
election violations against or by the other parties: "Here is the team,
which will contribute to defending people's votes. You are our hope".
The speaker also urges each voter to attach importance to his/her
vote and to spend 20 minutes on the election. And they will do their
best to retain their votes.
Attaching importance to the necessity of changes through the elections,
ARF-D Bureau representative Hrant Markaryan stated in his turn that
when each time the citizens' voice doesn't reach its destination,
they get disappointed and leave the country.
The ARF-D Bureau representative criticized the difficult social
situation in the country and accused the authorities in all that:
"We must change this authority. There is no other way..."
It is necessary to form an authority, which will not give the opponent
an opportunity of becoming active and will not give a right to the
international structures to condemn us.
"The country must develop, justice must be established, and it
is necessary that we develop without ceding..." Hrant Markaryan
underscored.
He urged the commission members not to allow misrepresentation of
votes, advised to be attentive, not to get tired and not to be afraid
of anyone.
"The party is responsible for each hair of all of you...," the ARF-D
Bureau representative said.
It is necessary to carry out the work flawlessly, to fix all the facts,
in order that fair elections take place, and in order to have a basis
for appealing against the results if no fair elections take place.
