YEREVAN. - The next most important matter for Armenia's ruling
political force, following the National Assembly elections, is the
changing of the executive portfolios, Zhamanak daily writes.
"Yesterday [Monday] some circles of the [Republican Party of Armenia]
RPA discussed the matter of new appointments to several crucial
positions.
Specifically, they spoke about changing the PM and the heads of law
enforcement agencies. According to news being circulated, Defense
Minister Seyran Ohanyan will become PM, Police Chief Vova [Vladimir]
Gasparyan will be appointed Defense Minister, and Emergency Situations
Minister Armen Yeritsyan will assume the Police Chief's office,"
