DEFEATED RULING PARTY PARLIAMENT CANDIDATE DEMANDS TO CANCEL ELECTION RESULTS

YEREVAN. - The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) new member,
previously oppositional Victor Dallakyan demands to cancel the
candidacy of independent candidate Edmon Marukyan, claiming that he
has not resided in Armenia regularly during the recent five years,
and generally the election results at No. 30 precinct, Armenian
News-NEWS.am own source reports.
The agency tried to check the appeal information from Dallakyan,
however, he had no mood for the questions and asked not to call him
anymore. Instead the agency called the candidate Marukyan who won at
the precinct. The latter confirmed that Dallakyan has really appealed.
However, Dallakyan will fail again, as Marukyan has resided in Armenia
during the recent five years.
