The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan said the military parade
held by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan in "the occupied territories
of Azerbaijan was provocation and destructive position", APA reports.

Serzh Sargsyan's participation in the parade became another reason
    for Baku's indignation.

While commenting on that issue spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs Elman Abdullayev told journalists that the parade could be
assessed as provocation and a negative step in the negotiation process:
"Such destructive position shows that Armenian side is not ready to
    hold constructive negotiations."

The military parade in Stepanakert was dedicated to the 67th
anniversary of the Victory Day, 20th anniversary of the Nagorno
Karabagh Republic Defense Army and Liberation of Shoushi. Alongside
with Serzh Sargsyan and NKR President Bako Sahakyan attending the event
were Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, the second President
of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, NKR second President
Arkadi Ghoukasyan, leadership of the Artsakh Republic, the official
delegation of the Republic of Armenia, numerous guests from abroad.
