PARIS. - French President-Elect Francois Hollande's victory is more
concerning for Ankara, as the leader of the Socialists will be more
active on the Armenian Genocide bill. At the same time Hollande differs
from former president Sarkozy and shows a more flexible approach on
Turkey's joining the EU, Today's Zaman reports.
"Insistence to passing the bill on the Armenian Genocide may confound
relations between Turkey and France," Turkey's Ambassador to France
Tahsin Burcuoglu said.
