EXPERT: AZERIS KNOW WELL HOW TO USE PSYCHOLOGICAL WEAPONS

The Azeris know well how to use psychological weapons. They are
currently trying to turn the Armenians living in Armenia against
their brothers in Nagorno-Karabakh, military expert David Jamalyan
told journalists on Wednesday.
He said that the no war no peace situation is a heavy psychological
burden for both nations.
As regards the military aspect, the expert said that in the past 18
years the Armenian army has strengthened its positions all along the
border, and should there be a new war, it will easily cut the east
of Azerbaijan from its west.
"We have an advantage over our enemy, and all of the enemy's
provocations will receive an adequate response," Jamalyan said.
