Vitali Balasanyan Never Executes Orders of Others

It has become quite obvious that the struggle for the Presidency in
the coming NKR elections will be carried out between the two of the
four independent candidates namely between incumbent President Bako
Sahakyan and NA deputy, a hero of Artsakh Vitali Balasanyan. Anyway,
this viewpoint is discussed in the public as these two candidates have
been distinguished by their activity and they carry authority in the
society.
Several days after Vitali Balasanyan's self-nomination for the
President's post the rumours circulating in the society implied that
he had been nominated on the authorities', particularly incumbent
President Bako Sahakyan's 'order'. Aimed to clarify this issue we had
an interview with Vitaly Balasanyan who particularly mentioned that he
had never executed anybody's order during his whole life and never
served an individual, only his nation and state.
`The speculation about my execution of somebody's `order' is deeply
offensive for me. I think the way I worked up does not point to my
readiness to conform to the authority or will of others. I would
advise those who have any doubts to ask me this question personally.
Anyhow, time will show and everybody will make sure of this. Maybe
some people confuse me with other candidates.' Vitali Balasanyan
emphasized.
