TURKEY AGAIN CONCERNED ABOUT PRO-ARMENIAN POSITION OF FRANCE

YEREVAN, MAY 21, ARMENPRESS: The enthusiasm of Turkey in relation
to election of Francois Hollande in the post of French president is
gradually fading.
If at the beginning Turkey was worried about the election of Laurent
Fabius who is well known for anti-Turkish moods as French FM, now
Turkey is concerned that the newly-elected president of France is
not giving up the idea of criminalizing the denial of the Armenian
Genocide.
Earlier French ambassador to Turkey Laurent Bili had told Armenpress
that the adoption of the bill making the Armenian genocide denial
a crime is directed not against Turkey, but deniers of the Armenian
genocide in general
According to Turkish "Sabakh", Turkey is concerned both about the
above-mentioned expression of Bili and Hollande's statement, that
France will continue its endeavourers aimed at criminalizing the
denial of the Armenian genocide.
That is, Turkey's joy was short-lasting and in the foreseeable future
the Turkish society will continue suffering from "the French syndrome".
