MASS. GOV. TO DEDICATE ARMENIAN HERITAGE PARK

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, Armenian Foreign Affairs Minister
Edward Nalbandyan (nal-BAN'-dee-uhn) and others will be celebrating
the local immigrant community at the dedication ceremony of Armenian
Heritage Park in downtown Boston.
Patrick and Nalbandyan will be joined by city Mayor Thomas Menino and
local officials at the Tuesday morning ceremony on the Rose Fitzgerald
Kennedy Greenway.
A gift from Massachusetts' Armenian-American community, the park
celebrates local immigrants and their contributions to the community.
It is located between the Christopher Columbus Park and Faneuil Hall
on the greenway.
Before the ceremony, Patrick and Nalbandyan are scheduled to meet in
the governor's office at the state Capitol.
