RESIDENTS OF KOND STOPPED PRESIDENT'S CAR

Today the residents of Kond area stopped the motorcade of Serzh
Sargsyan on Demirchyan-Baghramyan, near the government residential
area. Sargsyan got out of the car and talked to people.
Kond residential area will be demolished to build a block of
apartments. Four years ago Downtown Yerevan Company signed contracts
with the residents to allocate apartments to them in the block of
apartments built in the place of the demolished area. However, the
company delayed construction, and did not reimburse the residents
who now rent apartments.
Serzh Sargsyan assured that everything is under control and there is
no need to worry.
