YEREVAN, MAY 23, ARMENPRESS: This year "Eurovision 2012" song contest
is held in a despotic country where political prisoners, the ones who
have been arrested during peaceful meetings in 2011 are in endless
hunger strikes. Armenpress reports that about this is told in special
reportage of famous British TV channel "Channel 4", which 11 minutes
criticizes the current situation in Azerbaijan.

The reporter of the TV channel mentions that due to the "Eurovision"
the demonstrators in the streets of Baku have great audience which is
their only opportunity to be heard and visible by external world. "We
were informed that those who struggle for democracy would be under
prison after "Eurovision" said one of the demonstrators.

Journalist Idrak Abasov was beaten by the security workers of
Azerbaijani state oil company during the shootings about destroyed
buildings and appeared in hospital in terrible condition. In 2011 to
