WORKS OF ARMENIAN AND LITHUANIAN ARTISTS PRESENTED IN ONE EXHIBITION

YEREVAN, MAY 25, ARMENPRESS: With the support of the Armenian Embassy
in Belgium in collaboration with Armenian and Lithuanian community
figures, an exhibition entitled "3+1" was held May 24 in Brussels'
authoritative BRENART hall.
The works of Armenian and Lithuanian artists Armen Babayan, Levon
Akhayan, Jonas Danilauskas and painter-sculptor Suren Ohanyan were
exhibited, Foreign Affairs Ministry press service told Armenpress. In
the opening speech Armenian ambassador Avet Adonts attached importance
to conduction of analogous cultural initiatives, pointing out the
readiness of the Armenian Embassy to assist in spread and consolidation
of Armenian culture in Belgium.
Expressing special gratitude to the art figures and organizers of
the event, Ambassador Adonts wished successes and new achievements
to the artists. Prominent figures of scientific and cultural circles
of Belgium, intellectuals, journalists, representatives of Armenian
and Belgian communities attended the solemn opening of the exhibition
and the reception followed it.
