The elected members of the opposition Armenian National Congress
(ANC) are not reportedly attending in the mandate handing ceremony
at the Central Election Commission later today.
Citing its sources, the paper claims that an ANC representative at
the Commission will receive their parliamentary mandates instead. A
coordinator of the alliance, Levon Zurabyan has told the paper that
they do not consider their participation advisable.
"Our faction does not think it is worthwhile to attend the
vote-riggers' feast," he was quoted as saying.
