CERTAIN CLAUSES IN STATE BUDGET PROJECT MAKE MPS LAUGH

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd daily, certain clauses in
Armenia's state budget made parliamentarians laugh.
One of the budget-stipulated clauses envisages "purposeful influence
on formation of young families in the framework of 2013 demographic
policy program."
"ARF Dashnaktsutyun member, economy expert Artsvik Minasyan asked
Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan to comment on the clause above.
However, the Minister was at a loss for a reply, suggesting that
the issue be addressed to the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs,"
the paper said.
