http://times.am/?l=en&p=14427
A day before Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced during the
opening of the monument of Azerbaijani singer Bulbul that Azerbaijan
will not let Armenia have the second state and Bulbul's monument will
be situated in Shushi one day as well.
Speaker of the Armenian Republican Party, vice chairman of Armenian
Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov spread an announcement where he answered
to Azerbaijani President.
"Azerbaijani leader continues his range of announcements which has no
connection with the reality. I consider it is worthy to underline that
it is not Azerbaijan's affair to let Artsakh nation lead its destiny.
Artsakh nation gained that right both in the war field and confirmed
it by the referendum."
Mr. Sharmazanov added that Azerbaijan can still situate Bulbul's
monument in Shushi. "Azerbaijan can recognize NKR independence,
establish diplomatic relations with Artsak, open an embassy and then
put Bulbul's monument in the embassy's building".
