50.000 EUROS FOR THE LOST 4 TRIALS IN EUROPEAN COURT

The European Court of Human Rights made the decision on 4th June
according to which the Government passed a decree to allocate
49.3 thousand euros to the Ministry of Justice. Today, during the
consecutive cession the government decided to allocate the means for
the damages caused by the activities of the governmental bodies from
the state reserve fund. The Government of the Republic of Armenia
lost the following cases: "Muradkhanyan vs. Armenia" - 6,227 euros,
"Poghosyan and Baghdasaryan vs. Armenia" - 30,500 euros, "Malkhasyan
vs. Armenia" - 4,543 euros and "Piruzyan vs. Armenia" - 8,018 euros.
