HRAPARAK: NA SPEAKER'S RIGHT-HAND MAN 'BEATS UP' CAR

"Two days ago, near a monument to Alexander Tamanyan, manager of
Armenian National Assembly, NA speaker's right-hand man Hamik, in a
drunken state, got out of his car and began to "beat up" a car which
he thought was parked in a wrong place, hitting at its glasses and
doors. Special police rushed to the scene and caught him, witnesses
say. However, he was set free by "important" calls. That was the
only topic of conversation in parliament's corridors on Thursday,"
Hraparak says.
