Armenian writers' works appear on Turkish radio

Acik Radyo, Turkey's most-renowned independent radio station, has
prepared a new program that features Turkish translations of works by
Armenian writers, Ermenihaber.am news website said..
The program, titled `Samples of Armenian Literature,' features pieces
from Sargis Srents' book of the same name which includes works by
Western Armenian authors translated into Ottoman language and
contemporary Turkish language.
Turkish translations of works by contemporary Armenian writers will be
prevailing in the program, the website says.
The works are read by Yervand and Paylin Tomasians. The first issue of
the program was broadcast on November 1.
