THE SITUATION IN THE CENTRAL DISTRICT OF ALEPPO IS RELATIVELY CALM: JIRAYR REISYAN
YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS. The clashes in the far districts of
Aleppo continue still, notwithstanding the situation in the central
district is relatively calm. The Spokesman of the Armenian National
Prelacy of Aleppo Jirayr Reisyan informed "Armenpress" about this
and added that there is still unstable situation and one can always
expect for the new surprises. As to the Armenians kidnapped in road
from Beirut to Aleppo there is no certain information about them.
Syrian SANA agency states that the rebels attacked civil bus in Yamruk
camp and murdered five peaceful citizens including three children. The
Armed Forces prevented the intrusion of the rebels to Aleppo from
villages of Kafr Hamra and Lirmun. The clashes caused casualties and
injuries to the rebels.
Clashes lasting more than 19 months caused the death of 30 thousand
men, including more than four dozens of Armenians.
