In our continuing series informing readers of just what top Armenian
government officials are officially declaring in terms of revenue
and financial assets, let's now take a look at some former heads of
state agencies.
Former Minister of Finance Vardan Khachatryan declared a scant
3,259,890 AMD as wages in 2011.
However, he had 20 million AMD and $35,000 socked away in the bank
at the start of the year.
Khachatryan's wife Anahit Manoukyan only declared 900,000 AMD in
wages but had 154 million AMD in the bank at the start of the year.
Former RA Police Chief Alik Sargsyan, a presidential advisor since
2011, declared 5.157 million in revenues made up solely from wages.
He had 120 million AMD and $70,000 in the bank.
Again, these figures are what they have "officially" declared.
