EXPERT: REOPENING OF ABKHAZIAN RAILWAY IS A GOOD SCENARIO FOR ARMENIA

The reopening of the Abkhazian railway will be a big stimulus for
the Armenian economy, expert Alik Eroyants told journalists on Tuesday.
He said that Armenia must try to improve Russian-Georgian relations,
and neither Azerbaijan nor Turkey will be able to prevent this.
Eroyants believes that Georgia is playing a double game: on the
one hand, the Georgian Prime Minister has appointed a special
representative for improving relations with Russia, on the other,
Georgia is still eager to join the EU and NATO.
"It is hard to say how Moscow will react but I think it will have to
make certain concessions," the expert said.
