Irrespective of Azerbaijan's threats, the delay of the first flight
from the Stepanakert airport is conditioned by the necessity of
settlement of all the safety problems, Prime Minister of the NKR,
Ara Harutyunyan, said during the meeting with students of Yerevan
State University, as Arminfo correspondent reported from Stepanakert.
Touching on the problems of Syrian Armenians, he said that Karabakh
is ready to give them shelter as much as it can. But providing them
with the necessary living conditions requires consolidation of the
pan-Armenian efforts, the premier Ara Harutyunyan said.
