LAWYER FROM MARSEILLES TO APPLY TO EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS TO RECOGNIZE THE BILL ON CRIMINALIZATION OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE DENIAL

Philip Grigorian, a lawyer from Marseilles, has applied to France's
Council of State to annul the French Constitutional Council's decision
saying that the bill on criminalization of the Armenian Genocide
denial is anti-constitutional.
Nouvelle d' Armenie says that Grigorian's claim will be discussed at
the Council of State on November 7. Grigorian is also going to apply
to the European Court of Human Rights.
